Dr Markus Zoller

As an Interim Executive, Dr Markus A. Zoller leads groups of companies, individual enterprises, programmes and projects through demanding situations. He is the owner of Zompec AG, a partner in the management consultancy SeestattExperts AG and Industry Advisor to the market-​leading interim management provider Atreus GmbH. From 2013–2017 Dr Zoller was the CEO of RUAG Defence and a member of the RUAG Group Executive Board. He previously served as project director, head of operations and CEO of large international business units within technology companies such as ABB, Alstom, Continental and Siemens. As an independent entrepreneur, Dr Zoller has successfully directed and developed a number of SMEs.

After completing a degree in mechanical engineering at ETH Zurich, he earned his PhD in business administration and marketing at the University of St. Gallen.

In addition to his professional responsibilities Dr Zoller serves as President of the Association for the Certification of Persons in Management (VZPM) and is a member of the extended board of the Swiss-​Asian Chamber of Commerce (SACC). He also lectures at several business schools.
