The MAS MTEC programme at a glance

Programm stucture
The first three semesters of the MAS MTEC programme consist of courses with an average of 12 contact hours per week. Classes usually take place between 8.00 and 20.00.
The 4th semester is mainly dedicated to completing the Master’s thesis, which can be written on a full-time (10 weeks) or part-time (16 weeks) basis.
Credit points
The MAS MTEC programme comprises a minimum of 60 credit points (CP) for completion of the degree (max. 65 CP):
- 48 CP (max. 53 CP) for lecture courses and 12 CP for the Master’s thesis
- Each credit point corresponds to an average workload of 20-25 hours
