Dr Otto Kocsis

Dr Otto Kocsis advises global companies on strengthening their resilience along the value chain and minimizing overall risk costs. In managing the complexity and dynamics of value chains, he leverages innovation and partnerships to develop digital tools that make risks along the value chain transparent, manageable, and insurable.

After studies in physics and philosophy, Otto earned his PhD in dynamic systems and chaos theory and did research in environmental physics at ETH Zurich. He then worked as a consulting engineer on air pollution and climate change at Ökoscience AG and Ernst Basler + Partner AG. He holds an Executive MBA issued jointly by the University of St. Gallen and the University of California, Berkeley.
