The MAS MTEC programme’s redesigned leadership track spans the entire student journey. Developed by Pascal Romann, the seminars blend practice and self-reflection to prepare adept, compassionate, and versatile leaders.

In May 2024, 32 MAS MTEC students embarked on an insightful journey to Lisbon, Portugal, to explore the intersections of tradition, business innovation, and Portugal’s economy. The 6-day study trip offered a blend of academic sessions, industry visits, and cultural activities that left a profound impact on its participants. Daniele De Nardo, one of the MAS MTEC students who was on the study trip, shared his reflections on this enriching experience.

On 4 November 2022, the MTEC Department honoured its MSc, MAS and doctoral graduates at this year’s MTEC Day. MTEC Day is an annual event that brings together graduates, alumni, faculty and key stakeholders from business and academia with the aim of strengthening the personal and professional relationships between them.

In Spring 2022, 27 students travelled to Oslo as part of their MAS MTEC studies. On their seven-day adventure, packed with company visits, workshops, and networking events, the students experienced Norwegian business culture first hand.
