Registration for MTEC Day

Congratulations on completing your studies at D-MTEC! We warmly invite you to MTEC Day on 28 March 2025 to celebrate your achievements. Please complete the form below to let us know if you will participate and want to stay in touch.

The graduation ceremony for MSc MTEC and MAS MTEC graduates will take place at Audi Max (HG F30), ETH Main Campus on 28 March 2025, starting at 4 p.m. After the official graduation ceremony, we invite you to join us for an apéro and you will have the opportunity to get your picture taken in the traditional gown.

Details and terms of participation

Please use the form below to register.
Registration is required and binding. There is no registration/participation fee.
MAS MTEC students: please register by 3 February 2025. We will confirm your registration within a few days after submission.
MSc MTEC students: please register by 28 February 2025. We will confirm your registration after the registration deadline.

You may bring up to two guests for MTEC Day. We kindly ask you to stick to your guest selection so we can calculate the number of guests for seating arrangements and the apéro.

At MTEC Day photos and videos might be taken of participants. The photographed and filmed persons agree that ETH Zurich may use these photographs for its communication and marketing purposes. ETH Zurich may use the photographs without any chronological, geographical or thematic restrictions. This includes all current and future rights of use.
