Pascal Romann

After completing his first studies in French and English Literature & Linguistics Pascal earned a second double degree in Business Administration and International Management. In recent years he has specialised in change management, communication and leadership through various further education programmes in Switzerland and Germany.

Today Pascal works for SBB as an internal consultant for organisational development. In this capacity he supervises cultural transformation projects and reorganisation, supports and coaches managers and employees and is responsible for team development initiatives. In earlier capacities Pascal headed the personnel and organisational development team at Bosch Switzerland and worked for several years in various functions in close collaboration with top executives in the energy industry.

In addition, Pascal is a lecturer at various colleges, leads workshops in the field of communication and conflict management and works as a self-​employed coach and organisational developer.
